Who a monthly contract suits

A monthly contract replaces repeat one-off bookings with a fixed schedule agreed once and billed once.

If a site consistently needs water — a labour camp needing two deliveries a week, a farm irrigating on a set rotation, a construction site with predictable daily consumption — booking each trip individually wastes time and pays the standard per-trip rate every time. A contract fixes the days, tanker size and route in advance, at a rate discounted for the guaranteed volume, and consolidates billing into a single monthly invoice.

Sites with an unpredictable or one-off need are better served by daily rental, which carries no commitment. Sites needing large, variable volumes across multiple locations should see bulk supply instead.

What a contract saves over daily bookings

Lower per-trip rate

Guaranteed recurring volume earns a discount below our standard daily rate.

No re-booking overhead

Deliveries run on the agreed calendar without a new request each time.

One consolidated invoice

All deliveries in a month are billed together, simplifying site accounting.

Priority scheduling

Contract clients get first claim on preferred delivery windows each week.

How contract rates are set

Monthly contract rates are quoted individually because they depend on three things: tanker size, delivery frequency, and total site count. A single site taking two 5,000-gallon deliveries a week prices differently to a multi-camp contract taking daily 10,000-gallon runs — in every case, the guaranteed recurring volume brings the per-trip rate below our standard daily rate.

There’s no long minimum term required to start — most contracts run month to month, renewing automatically unless either side gives notice.

Monthly contract questions

Most contracts run on a rolling monthly basis with no long lock-in — you can adjust or end the schedule with notice.

Yes. Volume and frequency can be adjusted at the start of each billing cycle to match seasonal or project changes.

Extra trips outside the fixed schedule are billed at the standard daily rate, or dispatched as an emergency call-out if urgent.

Yes — many labour camp and construction clients run one contract covering several locations, billed on a single invoice.
